It's exactly what it advertises. Great for a quick, cheap meal. Quality and quantity are appropriate for what you're getting. The staff is friendly and helpful. Short wait times.

If you are looking for fine dining, this is not your place. If you are looking for fantastic service, great food, and great prices, this is the place to be. Immediately became one of my favorite places in Cville. Jerry made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to make everything right. I am looking forward to going again.

Great place for a quick bite, super friendly seat yourself place. Burgers are smashed with a nice crust for flavor, order a double or triple if you are hungry. Great skinny fries that come out hot, don't be surprised if your fries come out separate from your burger, that's typical. Place is very clean and lots of seating and parking with easy access from rt 29.

The service has constantly gotten worse after the new owner’s took over. Now they have a sign up wanting 20% for any take-out order over $50. How about waiting on the people in the restaurant and then maybe you will get tips so you don’t try to screw people ordering take-out.

Good value for the money. Burgers remind me of a carnival or festival burger, but definitely very tasty. Onion rings were delicious, fries could use an upgrade. Atmosphere was fun and relaxing. Plentiful seating with booths and tables on one side and bar seating on the other. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Recommended especially if you are in the mood for a good, no-nonsense burger.

We went here to eat today 5 of us 4 of us ordered with a really nice lady then some big guy came over and said no outside food allowed we had walked in sat down and place ordered had the box of chicken tenders from Bojangles for our granddaughter who can’t eat beef or anything that is cooked with it so we had to leave only one other customer in there I can see why!! We regularly ordered pick up but won’t be going back!

Best burgers in Charlottesville! They are the closest to the super fresh burgers from In-&-Out, but without the ticket to the West Coast. :). The staff are also friendly. Highly recommend! One of my favorite lunch places.
